AN EVENING WITH ARCHIE ROSE

Experience an exclusive collaboration at Estelle as we team up with one of Australia’s most awarded distillers, Archie Rose, for a one-night-only event in our enclosed courtyard.

This year marks 10 years of the Archie Rose journey, with the vision to redefine Australian distilling with the highest quality Australian whisky, gin, vodka, rum and spirits to people everywhere.

Guests will be taken on a journey of flavours including grilled king prawns with spiced butter, finger lime, and house-made flatbread, paired with an Archie Rose Signature Dry Gin Martini infused with Geraldton Wax. There’ll also be a flight of Archie Rose’s finest: Stringybark Smoked Rye Whisky and Redgum Cask Single Malt Whisky to accompany the smoky flavours of the star of the evening – pork hock with green chilli dressing

You’ll cap off the night with a leatherwood honey and blood orange ice-cream sandwich, served with an Archie Rose Mill Molasses Rum Boulevardier with chocolate bitters.
