This seasonally changing menu is the creation of our Head Chef Georgina Dent, whose fifteen years of culinary expertise spans Michelin-starred kitchens across Europe. Georgina’s distinctive style marries classical techniques with innovative flavour combinations, showcasing her passion for locally sourced ingredients that highlight the region’s finest seasonal offerings.
We also offer an optional beverage pairing that begins with our signature Cynotto – a sophisticated aperitif featuring cyan, coffee liqueur, Cointreau, and Luxardo maraschino, delicately balanced with tonic. Each subsequent beverage has been thoughtfully selected to enhance the nuanced flavours of Georgina’s meticulously crafted dishes.
