3 course for $50pp with a glass of wine, beer or non-alcoholic mocktail

July 21st – Lamb
Lamb terrine
Lamb shoulder, cauliflower couscous, roasted cauliflower
Cinnamon apple pie

July 28th – Chicken
Warm chicken salad, quail eggs, bacon
Poached chicken, supreme sauce, broccolini, rice
Banana bread, espresso butter, caramel sauce

August 4th – Beef
Pumpkin veloute
Grass fed scotch fillet, glazed green bean, smoked mash potato
Bread pudding, caramel sauce

August 11th – Pork
Gnocchi, guanciale, native pesto
Roast of pork, spinach, duck fat roasted potatoes
Chamomile and vanilla rice pudding

August 18th – Chicken
Mushroom & egg veloute, garlic crouton
Chicken breast, pink peppercorn sauce, wilted greens, roast potato
Chocolate brownie, milk ice-cream

August 25th – Lamb
Charcuterie board with condiments
Lamb rump, braised lentils, glazed baby carrots
Quince clafouti
