March 1 – Lamb

March 8 – Beef

Grass-fed scotch fillet, celeriac & potato, sauce vin rouge
Bread and butter pudding, raisins, custard

March 15 – Pork

Pork & apple terrine, house made mustard
Crispy pork belly, grilled apricot, glazed baby carrots
Lemon meringue tart
