Sunday Seasonal Roast

We’re starting back up with our notorious Seasonal Sunday Roast lunch! 

3 course I $50pp I glass of wine, beer or a cocktail

Sunday 3rd March – Chicken
Slow cooked egg, roasted peppers, ajo blanco
Roast Bannockburn chicken, tarragon jus, rosti potato, carrots cooked in their juice.
Classic lemon tart, creme fraiche

Sunday 10th March – Beef
Bavette, beetroot, plum
Rib of beef, horseradish, bearnaise, roasted potatoes, marjoram
Chocolate tart, raspberries

Sunday 17th March – Salmon
Salmon rillette, pickles, salmon caviar
Grilled salmon, fennel, kipflers, broccolini, cashew milk
Apple tart, cinnamon ice-cream

Sunday 24th March – Pork
Pistachio & pork terrine, mustard, cornichons
Crispy pork belly, barley risotto, pears
Stone fruit clafoutis

Sunday 31st March – Lamb
Smoked lamb, witlof, macadamia salad
Slow cooked lamb shoulder, braised lettuce, mint
Poached quinces, honey
