Below Ground: Truffle Night at Estelle
One night, one ingredient, at its peak.
For one Wednesday in July, Head Chef Georgina Dent is building a menu around truffles. Each of course follows our favourite seasonal ingredient from snack to dessert —truffle threading through every dish, from a Shark Bay scallop thermidor to warm chocolate mousse with truffled caramel.
