Wine Club

Learn about new wines, bring your own to share – Wine Club is for everyone, whether you’re a sommelier or new to wine. We started Wine Club because we want to bring our community together over a shared love of good food and wine. So, join us in the Estelle wine bar Wednesday once-a-month.

Taste a new selection each month from Sommelier and Beverage Director, Clint Fox, as he showcases his picks and runs a guided tasting of three wines. There’ll be an opportunity to bring your own wine, complimentary corkage, either to share with the club or to enjoy over dinner following.

Spanish Wines with Tom Robertson (Alimentaria Wines)

This month, we’ll look at selection of Spanish wines with special guest Tom Robertson. Tom is a leading Spanish wine specialist in Australia, managing a large portfolio of imported wines and frequently serving as an expert panelist for the industry. Tom alongside Beverage Director Clint Fox will open Spanish wines and let the bottles do the talking.

Head Chef Georgina will also have paella on for the night too, made specially for the occasion, for an added $45pp to your ticket price.

Join us for an evening of Spanish wine, poured and explained by someone who knows it inside out.
