Wine Club

Learn about new wines, bring your own to share – Wine Club is for everyone, whether you’re a sommelier or new to wine. We started Wine Club because we want to bring our community together over a shared love of good food and wine. So, join us in the Estelle wine bar Wednesday once-a-month.

Taste a new selection each month from Sommelier and Beverage Director, Clint Fox, as he showcases his picks and runs a guided tasting of three wines. There’ll be an opportunity to bring your own wine, complimentary corkage, either to share with the club or to enjoy over dinner following.

Wine Pairing: Thinking Beyond the Classics

Most pairing advice tells you what to do. This month, we explore why it works. We'll dig into why certain wines work with certain foods, the science, the instinct, and the happy accidents, before tasting a small selection together to feel the difference firsthand. The same wine, transformed by what's on your plate.

Champagne

Not all Champagne is created equal. This month, we put the bubbles to the test. Grower Champagnes versus the iconic larger houses: different terroirs, different philosophies, very different glasses. We'll taste through both sides of the debate and let you draw your own conclusions. 

Please Note: A bottle of Champagne between 2 people will need to be provided by the guests, as discussed at our last Wine Club.
